Last year PhD student in Computer Science at Université Paris Saclay. I am supervised by Patrick Paroubek and Thierry Hamon and working at LISN Lab (Université Paris Saclay, CNRS). I work in the Human Language Science and Technology (STL) Department , and in the SEMantics and Information Extraction (SEME) team.

My PhD is funded by the 80 PRIME call of the “Mission pour les Initiatives Transverses et Interdisciplinaires” (MITI) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).

My PhD subject is to assess data quality in the medical domain using natural language processing systems. I have been working on information extraction in clinical trials articles to assess the quality of the outcome reporting, as well as data selection for pretraining language models for the biomedical domain.
